Gold: From 16 sales: CHF 3,000 incl. VAT / sale

Prerequisites

• The property is a new addition to the Immo(t)raum GmbH portfolio and there is no contract with another estate agent.
• In the case of several recommendations of the same property, only the first tipster is entitled to the commission.
• The commission will be paid as soon as the sale has been notarised.
